A Mobile Concierge Service Fee is added to the total cost of services based on the distance from our Wilmington, DE 19810 service area.
Service Fee & Rescheduling Policy
- All Mobile Concierge Service Fees are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, your Mobile Concierge Service Fee may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment, provided the new service is completed within 72 hours of your original appointment time.
- If your appointment is not rescheduled and completed within the 72-hour period, the Mobile Concierge Service Fee will be retained and applied as your cancellation fee.
- Any future appointment will require a new Mobile Concierge Service Fee based on the travel distance for that appointment.
The Mobile Concierge Service Fee is per appointment/visit, not per individual service selected.
Travel distance is calculated using Google Maps from Wilmington, Delaware 19810 to the address where you would like us to provide your luxury nail experience.
For locations more than 51 miles away, appointment availability may vary based on scheduling and travel requirements.
