Terms of Service

By booking with Mobile Nails by Lulu you agree to provide accurate location and contact details, allow reasonable access for our artists, and treat the studio team with respect. Services are for personal beauty care and are not medical treatments.

Pricing shown on the Service Menu is indicative. Final totals — including mobile service charges — are confirmed at checkout. Availability depends on artist schedules and travel distance from Wilmington, DE.

Cancellations & Changes

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee. Mobile service / travel charges may be non-refundable once travel is confirmed.

Health & Sanitation

Our artists follow professional sanitation protocols. Please share any relevant allergies or nail/skin conditions before your appointment. We may decline or adapt a service if it cannot be performed safely.
